Icon on the toolbar for the outline

Description

It would be great to add an icon on the toolbar as a shortcut to turn the outline on/off.

I think it's also better to change the name outline to something else.. like index. That's clearer to the user what the meaning is.

Cheers,

I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Tool bar items are supposed to be the most used options, and I don't think this is one of them.

Also I'm planing to show the thumbnails in this same area, just like Evince and KPDF does. Then it will be called "Sidebar", which solves the naming problem. Then, probably, showing/hidding it will be less used than currently could be, so not really for a tool bar item.

What do you think?

Perhaps a keyboard shortcut to toggle it on/off?

I think thumbnails are misfeature. They don't help navigation, since there is room on the screen for only about 5 at once. Generating them takes time, slowing down loading of big files. They also look silly. If you add them, add also an option to turn them off easily.

Well maybe indeed a shortcut.

I have renamed the option to Show Index and added a shortcut for it.
