"Zoom to Fit" and "Zoom to Width" options don't work with different page sizes

Description

Some ebooks have their cover page scanned at different size than rest of the file. When I open such file in epdfview with "Zoom to Fit" or "Zoom to width" option turned on, the first page is zoomed correctly but when I go to next page it keeps the same zoom, which is incorrect for that page. The page can be zoomed to correct size by turning the option off and then back on, but it should happen automatically.

Now if the pages' size is different, the Zoom to Fit and the Zoom to Width options zooms every page correctly.
