Description
some pdf files like http://dlsvr02.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock478/P4C800E-DX/e1347b_p4c800-e_deluxe.pdf for example don't have index marks that are currently supported by epdfview but evince or acroread show thumbnails:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/0/02/Evince_pdf_viewer.jpg
epdfview doesn't show anything for those files in the index sidebar atm :/
