epdfview CUPS support doesn't work with printer instances

Description

Hello,

the printer list displays printer instances without their instance name. See http://localhost:631/sum.html#5_7 if you have CUPS 1.1 installed on your computer.

Printer instances should be shown in the list of printers with a '/' separated from the printer, e.g. "lp/duplex".

I didn't even know the existance of instances :-)

I've added support for instance names in revision [243].
