"greying" instead of displaying "loading"

it would be nice if epdfview would switch to a slightly darker display instead of displaying "loading".

Why the heck should I wan't this?

Displaying a not yet rendered page currently offers two completely different fixation targets: the "loading" page and then the rendered page when it is available. "Greying" the previous page (and/or changing mouse pointer) transports similar information and would avoid fatigue to the reader.

PS: it shows "Lade..." for my language so I'm guessing it's "loading" in english but I might be mistaken. You'll get what I meant anyway:)
